Juice Plus
Whilst I'm generally not a fan of supplementation, you cannot question the quality, or positive health effects Juice Plus, as a food supplement can bring to you and your family.
My whole family takes this now, and for me personally - i've experienced better skin, stronger nails, thicker hair, and increased energy levels.

Omega 3's
If, like me, you do not eat oily fish, then I would also recommend you take a good quality Omega 3 supplement. I like the FSC range which I pick up locally from Barannes.
Make sure your fish oil is GOOD quality, cheap high street versions are a waste of your money!
